    Ruth….you’ve been reading my talking points for last 40 years! I’ve seen big success for those companies that allocate resources AFTER the initial lead response. And the outcome (revenue!) of the actions you suggest are easily measured. Those companies that do not focus on post lead actions, will have unhappy sellers and less revenue from the leads they generate. It all starts with great data and precise targeting.
