Damien Bianchi is a digital marketing professional at IBM. He has over 17 years experience with a diverse background in technology and marketing. He is considered an expert in using digital behavior and insights to fuel marketing and business strategy. Damien consults and develops strategies with IBM marketers to provide digital intelligence to IBM business units, which help them take advantage of customer behavior and market opportunities. He manages a team of agency partners and oversees an agile development team building marketing automation software that uses digital insights and intelligence for predictive analytics, market analysis, competitive insights, content auditing, and performance monitoring.
Prior to IBM, Damien was a Director of Client strategy at Neo@Ogilvy, where he led strategic client engagements with Cisco, Adobe, and HSBC. While at Ogilvy, he helped clients understand the role that digital plays in the overall marketing mix. This included designing and developing Center of Excellence programs and driving adoption of these programs to support enterprise-wide transformation.
