For SEO, you need a story to tell

So often, people appear mystified about how to succeed at search engine marketing. There are lots of “secrets,” and you hear about them all the time, but the one that most people struggle with is identifying the message that makes their marketing persuasive. Probably the most overlooked approach is having a story to tell that is really about your customer. So many people are selling to customers instead of helping them, possibly because actually helping a customer seems too difficult. It doesn’t need to be. Mike Moran is a Converseon, an AI powered consumer intelligence technology and consulting firm.
