Andrea looked at the role of social business in organizations and how new tools and mobile access are transforming organizations to be more effective.   Andrea discussed how successful organizations have made this transition and explored social media marketing and how it relates to social performance assessments, employment branding, job redesign, leadership, and employee engagement.
